Requirements
- $0 monthly account-keeping fee and no minimum opening balance under the current product pages and TMDs. Service charges can apply, including $7.50 staff-assisted withdrawals and a $20 annual dormancy charge after two years without transactions.
- Interest calculated daily. No mandatory linked transaction account is established for these savings families, optional linked card accounts have their own terms.
- No monthly deposit, growth, purchase or withdrawal-count interest condition. Interest calculated daily and paid annually on 31 October.
- Ordinary withdrawal access is 1 November–31 January. At other times the current account summary permits withdrawal on seven days’ notice, the bank may transfer the remaining balance to Everyday Savings at its applicable rate. This exception is not a year-round notice account or a monthly withdrawal allowance.
- Deposits are allowed throughout the year. Online/app withdrawal access is limited to the normal seasonal window. No debit card, ATM/EFTPOS or BPAY.
