For Kids Savings, meet these requirements to earn the ongoing total rate shown above.
- Deposit at least $20 during the calendar month and make no more than one withdrawal. This is a deposit amount, not a count of 20 deposits or a $20 net-growth rule.
Qualification timing: Requirements are assessed in the current month. Check the settlement deadlines and exclusions in the requirements.

Eligibility
- 11-18: Where the child is aged 11 <18 years, the account can be opened and operated by the child either solely or as a shared account with the parent/guardian.
- Where the child is under 11 years of age - parent/guardian consent is required to open the account. The parent/guardian will have full access to operate the account and the child cannot transact.
- Account owners must be individuals as personal customers for personal use
- Account owners must be under 18
- On turning 18 years of age, the accountholder will no longer be eligible to hold a Kids Savings account. We will write to you and convert the account to a Suncorp Bank Everyday Options Account.
- Account owners must be residents of Australia
- Under 18. Under 11 requires parent/guardian consent and operation, ages 11–17 may operate an eligible sole/shared account. Converts on reaching 18.
