Requirements

  • Interest is calculated daily on the whole balance and paid monthly.
  • No monthly deposit-count, qualifying deposit-dollar, balance-growth, card-purchase or withdrawal-count interest test is established. No introductory offer or account holding maximum is established.
  • The current 9 March 2026 fee schedule says personal accounts do not incur an account-keeping fee, consistent with the March 2026 summary. This supersedes older TMD references to a conditional $5 monthly membership fee. Joining, paper-statement, dormant-customer and transaction fees are separate, confirm applicable charges with the bank. Electronic statements are free and paper statements cost $2 each.
  • No withdrawals are normally permitted for two years after the initial deposit. This is an account-level initial restriction, not a new two-year hold on every deposit or a 730-day rolling notice period.
  • After the initial restriction, the summary table permits one withdrawal per quarter, while footnote 1 says one per school term. Confirm the applicable withdrawal dates with the bank. This access limit is not represented as a monthly withdrawal-count interest test.
  • Early release must be requested in writing and is at the bank’s discretion. Early exit fees may apply, no fixed amount is independently established. No debit card, direct debits, BPAY or online withdrawals are listed. Passbook and staff-assisted withdrawals are subject to the access rules, online services are for deposits and balance enquiries.

Fees

  • Monthly account fee: $0

Showing reviewed fees only, other charges may apply
