- Personal savings comparison, other transaction, assisted-service and card fees can apply. No current introductory rate is established.
- Interest applies to portions: the first $5,000 receives the lower-balance band rate, and the remainder receives the published over-$5,000 rate, with no advertised upper ceiling. This corrects CDR whole-balance metadata and its truncated $49,999.99 upper band using the official rate schedule. No monthly activity qualification. The reviewed first eligible account has no monthly account service fee, subsequent accounts cost $6 per month.

Eligibility
- Youth Access is available through age 16 inclusive. Parent/guardian operation and identification apply to younger children, debit-card access begins at 12. Student Access from 17–25 is a separate zero-interest transaction product, excluded from this savings comparison.
