Bonus requirements
For Smart Saver Account, meet these requirements to earn the ongoing total rate shown above.
- Deposit at least $100 and make no withdrawals in the calendar month. The balance must not exceed $250,000 at any time that month. Otherwise only base interest is guaranteed on the entire balance, any discretionary bonus above the cap is excluded.
- Provider fee review 29 October 2026: this savings account has no monthly account-keeping fee. This does not waive transaction, statement, special-service or separately linked-account charges, their published conditions still apply.

Eligibility
- Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
- Member must be a natural person rather than another legal entity.
- Customers may hold up to a total of 3 Smart Saver Account accounts under single or joint names.
- Earn bonus interest when you make a minimum deposit of $100 and no withdrawals to the account in the calendar month.
- You must be or become a P&N Bank member
- You must be an Australian citizen and/or resident or a non-resident with a qualifying visa evidencing 12 months or longer residency. A valid Australian address is required to open an account.
