- Interest is calculated daily and credited at the end of each month. No monthly account-keeping fee. Dormancy, special services and other applicable transaction charges remain separate.
- No recurring deposit-dollar, deposit-count, balance-growth or card-purchase interest qualification. No introductory interest offer is established.
- A linked Broken Hill Bank transaction account and digital access are required. This is an online-only savings account, with no over-the-counter transactions or services.
- Interest applies separately to balance portions, with boundaries at $1,000, $20,000, $50,000, $250,000 and $500,000. The comparison rate is weighted across those portions.
- The account may hold more than $500,000. Only the first $500,000 earns interest, with zero on the excess. This is an interest cap, not an account holding limit.
