For Star Saver, meet these requirements to earn the ongoing total rate shown above.
- No fixed monthly account-keeping fee. Transaction and non-standard service charges can apply, including optional sub-account charges. No introductory savings offer is established.
- Deposit at least $20 in total and make no withdrawals during the month to earn bonus interest. Otherwise the base rate applies. No separate monthly balance-growth or card-purchase test. Interest calculated daily on the whole balance and paid monthly.
- No card access. Internet Banking is view only under the provider terms, rather than unrestricted electronic withdrawal access.

Eligibility
- Personal individual or joint account, subject to BankWAW membership and identity checks. The target market is people located in or associated with North East Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
- Children aged 0–12 inclusive. An adult signatory is generally required. Account must operate for the child’s private benefit. Converts to Youth Saver at age 13. The provider terms correct the source minimum age of 1.
