About Noren
Noren is an Australian financial reference, starting with personal savings accounts. We bring together rates, account requirements and institution information to help you research your options and make informed decisions.
Why Noren was created
Savings accounts can be difficult to compare when rates, bonus conditions and eligibility sit across different sources. Noren was created to bring this information together in one useful reference.
The aim is to make it easier to understand the options, check the evidence and feel informed when making financial decisions. Noren combines data collection, organisation and comparison to support that research.
How information is collected and checked
We collect information from bank Consumer Data Right (CDR) feeds, provider websites and other public sources. We organise it into consistent comparison fields and check rates, requirements, eligibility, fees and balance limits separately.
Automated collection and quality checks support this work. A successful collection does not by itself mean information has been reviewed or approved. Product pages link to the underlying sources and show collection and pricing-check dates where available.
Verified pricing refers to the applicable checks on the displayed pricing. It does not mean every product detail has been confirmed or that every visitor is eligible. Unknown information remains identified. Our data freshness policy explains review dates, delayed collections and corrections.
Comparisons and ratings
The trial Noren Rating combines ongoing value, qualification requirements and access to your money. Ratings depend on the comparison settings and available evidence; they do not establish that an account suits your circumstances.
Commercial relationships do not affect scores. Read how Noren Rating is calculated for the weightings and assumptions.
Coverage is growing and does not include every bank or account. Check the provider’s current terms, fees and eligibility before applying.
Funding and provider links
Noren is self-funded and free to use. We do not receive commissions from provider links.
Provider links let you check the original information and visit the provider’s website. A link does not mean a product is suitable for you. Our privacy policy explains how outgoing-link usage is recorded and how to switch off usage analytics.
