Requirements

  • No monthly deposit, growth, purchase or withdrawal-count qualification. A linked Revolut Personal Account is required, instant-access deposits/withdrawals go through that account.
  • Requires the Metal subscription plan. Fee/mth includes its standard monthly subscription charge of $28.99, not an additional fee per savings sub-account. Paid plans also offer annual billing and have cancellation/notice terms.
  • Rate tiers and the $1m hard deposit limit use combined personal savings, not a separate allowance per sub-account. Comparison assumes this is the entire combined balance, before plan fees and tax.

Fees

  • Monthly account fee: $28.99

Showing reviewed fees only, other charges may apply

How to apply

Check these eligibility requirements before applying with Revolut.

  • Australian-resident individuals aged 18+ with an eligible Revolut Personal Account, for personal AUD savings only.
  • Australian Personal Terms section 10 restricts 16–17 accounts to basic payment features and excludes additional products/paid plans. The TMD’s broad 16+ wording does not approve those accounts for adult savings.

Introductory eligibility

  • New Australian Revolut customers aged 18+ joining on or after 6 October 2026 only, previous customers or previous signup attempts are ineligible.
  • An in-app invitation must be visible when opening savings. Verify and open within one calendar month of joining and before the invitation deadline. Three calendar months from savings opening.
  • The promotion replaces ordinary interest on the first $50,000 combined personal savings. Excess uses the ordinary plan tiers, earlier $100,000-cap cohorts are not represented.
